Is this procedure for everyone?

Will my teeth stay white?
After the treatment, you should resume your normal dental hygiene routine - brushing your teeth at least twice a day, and flossing. We do recommend, however, that you keep the consumption of staining food, such as tea, coffee, red wine, etc., to a minimum to ensure your long-lasting white smile.
